In our lives, we each journey home in our own time. There is no judgment on how long each stage of the journey takes—every step is sacred, every pause has meaning. The dance of homecoming teaches us to embrace both our darkness and our light, so we may return to Oneness, to the truth of who we are.
I’ve learned that for too long, many of us have hidden our brilliance—our light and our voices—out of fear. But now is the time to step forward, to show up in our full truth, not for self-glorification, but simply to serve. To serve others, the Divine, and to serve the truth of who we are.

Rebirth begins the moment we stop hiding our light. For so long, we may have believed that to shine brightly would make us vulnerable to judgment, to rejection, or even to our own fear of being too much. But in truth, it is in embracing our light—the brilliance, the power, the authenticity within us—that we are reborn. Our deepest fear is not our inadequacy, but the magnificence of our true selves. When we allow ourselves to step into that fullness, we no longer need to shrink or dim to fit into the world’s expectations. Rebirth is the process of remembering who we truly are, shedding the layers of fear and doubt that have held us back, and rising into a new way of being—one that is free, radiant, and aligned with our highest truth. It is in the courage to shine, unashamed and unafraid, that we inspire others to do the same, creating a ripple of light and love that transforms not just ourselves, but the world around us.
For many of us but especially as women, for centuries, our voices have been silenced. This retreat is an invitation to speak and share from a place of power and vulnerability. About Me
I’m Natasha Saltzer, a Shamanic Facilitator, Energy Field Healer, and the founder of Little River Spiritual Centre. With nearly a decade of shamanic practice and over 20 years of healing experience, I offer transformative healing sessions, workshops, training programs, and retreats, both in the UK and internationally.
At the heart of my work is a deep connection to the Earth and the sacred energies that flow through all of us. I work with the wisdom of ancient spiritual lineages, guided by a profound reverence for the Divine Feminine and the nurturing forces of the Earth. My approach is holistic and intuitive, helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom and spiritual power, so you can experience deep healing, transformation, and personal growth.
One of the core aspects of my work is shamanic initiation—a sacred process of spiritual awakening, healing, and personal empowerment. Through shamanic practices, we reconnect with both the seen and unseen realms, aligning with divine flow and universal truth. This initiation invites us to reclaim our sovereignty, restore balance within, and heal wounds—whether physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual. I also guide individuals to integrate the transformative energies of Christ Consciousness and the Magdalene Flame. Christ Consciousness represents the pure love birthed at the beginning of creation, eternally unconditional, connecting all beings to Source. It helps us return to the purity of our original divine nature, awakening hearts to infinite compassion and grace. The Magdalene Flame is a passionate and liberating force that clears away the illusions and false beliefs that keep us separated from our true selves. It helps us remember who we truly are—radiant beings of divine light—awakening our potential for deep transformation and alignment with our soul’s purpose.
I am a Certified Shamanic Practitioner with eight years of intensive training at the Northern Drum UK Shamanic Centre. I’ve been a professional energy healer since 2004 and a certified Energy Field Healer teacher with Inspirit. I also trained in movement-based expressive arts at the Tamalpa Institute in California, studying with pioneers Daria and Anna Halprin. This unique combination of shamanic, healing, and artistic practices influences the way I guide others on their journey of self-discovery and healing.
As a Sacred Activist, I am deeply passionate about the awakening of humanity and the healing of the Earth. Through my planetary healing work, I channel higher vibrations of light to support not only individual transformation but also the collective shift towards a new era of peace, balance, and harmony. I believe that as we heal ourselves, we also contribute to the healing of the planet.
Whether through one-on-one healing sessions, spiritual guidance, or sacred circles, I offer a safe and nurturing space where you can reconnect with your soul, heal old wounds, and step into your divine potential. In my work, I combine spiritual practices, creative arts, and energy healing to create an experience that is both empowering and transformative, guiding you to walk the Path of Beauty and live in alignment with your highest self.
I also feel deeply called to support the next generation. I offer classes for children to help them connect with their own spiritual wisdom, creativity, and healing potential, teaching them to walk the Beauty Way and honour the sacredness of life and the world around them.
My work has been featured in The Sunday Times and Soul and Spirit Magazine, and I am the co-author of The Book of Well Being. I also hold a First-Class Honours degree in Theatre with Visual Arts from Brighton University, which greatly influences the creative and integrative way I approach both healing and teaching.
Based in East Sussex with my husband and 9-year-old son, I blend my extensive experience in shamanism, energy healing, expressive arts, and sacred activism to offer grounded, compassionate support for personal growth, spiritual awakening, and planetary healing.

My story.
In the stillness of the night, after a long journey through the sand dunes, deep in the heart of the Sinai Desert, I found myself alone, standing amidst ancient rock formations. Our camp was quiet, my other two travelling companions in deep sleep, and the world seemed to pause in the vastness of the desert landscape. I had wandered into the darkness by myself, following a soul calling of some kind. It was in this moment of solitude and connection to the ancient, wild land that I felt the presence of something profound—an energy that I can only describe as the Divine.
As I sat beneath the endless stars, the only source of light, an overwhelming sense of peace washed over me. It was as if time itself slowed, and I was enveloped in the warmth of God's presence. In that sacred space, I received a flow of words, channelled through me in a way that felt both timeless and immediate. I became one with the Presence and went into a trance like state.
I had a feeling I needed to record what was happening, so I recorded these words, as they came through me, knowing that they were meant to be shared with the world one day. It is now, with deep reverence, that I feel the time is right to release them into the world, in the hope that they may touch your heart as deeply as they touched mine.
The unconditional love I felt flowing through me, through out this transmission was of a depth and purity so immense and powerful that it made my soul sing inside. It was a Holy and Mystical experience that I will cherish forever.
These words are not mine alone; they are a transmission of love, a gift from the Divine that I pray will resonate with you, no matter where you are on your journey. May you feel the energy of this sacred moment, and may it bring you peace.
